Challenge
NSLS needed to launch something new. Ignite had to stand on its own, separate from the parent organization's existing programs, while speaking directly to students and professionals who wanted leadership development without the fluff. The brand had to feel modern and energetic but still credible. And it had to cut through a crowded market on day one.

Positioned Ignite as a bold, action-oriented leadership experience built for real-world application. Defined a clear audience promise. Differentiated it from traditional programs that feel slow or academic. Aligned messaging and visual direction around energy, momentum, and accessibility. The brand needed to feel fresh without floating away from the credibility NSLS had already earned.

System
Built the brand system from scratch with launch speed in mind. Created a distinct visual identity and design language that owned its own space. Developed a messaging framework centered on practical, fast-moving leadership development. Designed and launched a website built to communicate value quickly and convert. Produced social media assets to drive early awareness and engagement. Delivered cohesive brand guidelines so everything stayed tight from the jump.
